Much of our industry is science based and there is still much to be learned about our natural environment. The predominance of science backgrounds draws us toward further education and training. We have long recognized this tendency and have embraced it through supporting training of our staff. Employees are always encouraged to seek additional training in their field and areas of interest. This is reinforced by annually budgeting the time and financial resources for each employee. Because of the level of experience and expertise available within our staff, we also regularly provide in-house training for our staff. As discussed in quality assurance, we believe the lessons learned by our more experienced staff are valuable and must be conveyed to others.
