Our Mission is to provide the highest quality environmental services to our clients while positively impacting the lives of our employees and the conservation of natural resources through prosperity and stewardship.

Our Vision is to be the regional leader in natural resource and ecological consulting.

Our Values, which drive and guide our business decisions on a daily basis, are as follows in order of priority. These values are not all-inclusive of JFNew's values, but represent the key priorities for all team members to use in their activities. JFNew team members will be introduced to these values and our management teams will provide leadership by example.

1. Environmental and business ethics. We will consult and design according to the environmental laws applicable to our clients' projects, and will strive to better the environment through proactive consulting advice on how to exceed regulatory standards. We will also hold all employees and managers to a high standard of conduct relative to business ethics.
2. Client Satisfaction. As a service business we will strive to satisfy our clients' needs through innovation, speed, communication, quality assurance and reliability. Our team will use all available tools to meet client expectations.
3. Proactive and Respectful Communication. Fundamental to our philosophy is proactive, respectful communication, both internally and externally. All employees are to make use of communication training to better understand different ideas and personality profiles of employees and clients, and to use that information to be more effective and successful in our daily efforts.
4. Efficiency. We will consistently innovate and strive for efficiency in daily activities. Good organization is key to meeting client needs, as well as remaining competitive and profitable, thereby sustaining the company's long-term growth and viability.
